Our "Client-First" Philosophy

Experience
The Osborne Team has been active in real estate for over 6 years. We have listed and/or sold homes to over 200 clients just in the last 3 years. We love what we do and it shows! Gary has over 35 years experience in Sales and he knows the local and surrounding areas very well. Pat is the detail person with over 35 years experience in the accounting profession. Jeannie has 15 years experience in Engineering and Technical Customer Service. Our combined experience works together to give our clients the best service possible.
Technology
Technology is always changing and we stay on top through classes and technology and software updates. We continue to implement the most current methods of marketing and touch systems.
Expertise
We complement each other by combining our professional skills and personal strengths. Pat has also earned her ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative), GRI (Graduate of Real-estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist). CRS is a distinguished award held only by approximately 20 agents in all of the Clarksville, Montgomery County area.
Communication
We stay in touch with our clients in many ways, but the one we like best is available 24 hrs a day. Once we have a listing, we can set up a username and password for our client to access information on-line regarding showings and other information 24 hours a day.
Clients for Life
Approximately 50% to 75% of our business comes from referrals from previous clients. We think that says a lot. We want our clients for life and our service shows it!
Awards/Recognition
We have received the highest award in recognition of Sales for the last four years from the Clarksville Board Of Realtors. Other company awards earned include the Double Bronze Award, President’s Award, Platinum Award, Quadruple Gold Award, Diamond Award, Gold Award and Silver Award for excellent production levels.
Personal
We are all members of First Baptist Church in Clarksville. Jeannie and Pat volunteer in the Deaf Ministry as interpreters.
